We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, please check if the product you ordered was from Axial Crafts.
But, we do not entertain the return of products unless they are received as defected pieces. In such a case we would go ahead and replace the same damaged product.
If you really any product is received as damaged/defected you would need to click a snap 5-7 pictures of the damaged or defective item clearly showing the defects/damage of the same and mail it to us at email: email@example.com within 1 day from the delivery date.
Please remember, that we have a strict 1-day claim policy. (more than 1 day we would not consider the replacement).
Post our confirmation you would need to courier the same back to us. Once we receive back the defected piece we would intimate you and start the process of replacement. The replacement item would be couriered to you within 10 business days.
Our first preference is to replace the item. If the item is not available with us we will credit you your total purchase price.
We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For the customized and personalized items, the refund policy is not applicable!
furniture/statues/paintings/temples (mandir) cannot be returned. Custom stitched products cannot be returned.
